The documents covered will be: 1. Advanced Directives 2. Medical Power of Attorney 3. Living Will 4. Organ Donation 5. Letter of Instruction 6. Funeral and Burial Instructions Documents that will NOT be covered in this course and should be reviewed with estate attorney's are: Last Will and Testament Durable Power of Attorney for Finances Trusts Beneficiary Designations Digital Estate Plan Guardianship Designation End-of-life documents can vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances, so it's important to consult with a Death Doula and an attorney or legal advisor when creating these documents to ensure they align with your specific needs and adhere to local laws and regulations.
