Funeral and Burial Instructions Documents that will NOT be covered in this course and should be reviewed with estate attorney's are: Last Will and Testament Durable Power of Attorney for Finances Trusts Beneficiary Designations Digital Estate Plan Guardianship Designation End-of-life documents can vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances, so it's important to consult with a Death Doula and an attorney or legal advisor when creating these documents to ensure they align with your specific needs and adhere to local laws and regulations.
